Each of the submitted herring dishes is assigned with a number. The same number is given to the participant.
The filed herring dishes displayed number in the Festival Tent.
A panel of more professionals will taste and evaluate the individual dishes.
The judges deliberate, then the winner of the Year Herring Recipe 2012 crowned.
It is optional whether you want the recipe published.
Prizes in gifts: 3.000,- dkr. Prizes can not be exchanged for cash.
